Friday the 13th

I woke up this morning with a punch in the face. By my own hand. My arm had fallen asleep and I guess it jerked in my sleep. I woke up, slightly, to see what had just hit my face and realized it was my cold, rubbery hand/arm. I felt disappointed in myself for doing that to myself. And then I fell back asleep.
