"Hi Ramshackle Ding-Dong. Thanksgiving is going to be at my house this year and I'm going to make a turkey for the first time. How big of a turkey should I get for ten people? How long do I cook it for? Do you know any good stuffing recipes?"

i ate a turkey sandwich from subway today, and i'm pretty sure it was made from these here spring turkeys. if you're going to indulge in spring turkey, i advise condimenting with mayo and some very bold jalapenos.
also. can we have more blogs, more of the time?
