Letter to American Airlines

Dear American Airlines,

On a recent flight, I noticed that the interior panels of the aircraft next to the floor were shaky and loose. Thank goodness some fine airline crew member had the tenderness to apply some American Airlines Band-Aids to the flimsy panels. I can only hope that the engine received such loving attention in its ailing moments.
